Mission Statement

 

The Ladies League of Detroit is a leader in Women's Empowerment. We are dedicated to building, supporting and encouraging women for success in professional and personal growth. We are committed to motivating, mentoring and inspiring women to embrace their power of purpose, and to live their best lives.

 

Who We Are

The Ladies League of Detroit is a supportive network for women in Metro Detroit, founded in May 2018.

As of 2026, there are 90+ members. LLD offers sisterhood, personal & professional development, and networking for women.

What We Do

Monthly Meetings: Two meetings held monthly. One Saturday and one Wednesday. Each meeting has a topic focused on personal and professional development.

LNO: There is a monthly outing called Ladies Night Out. LNO are planned activities such as karaoke, painting, picnics, lunch, wine tastings, and more.

Community Service: LLD hosts four community service projects annually.

Accountability Partners: Members are matched with another Sister for relationship building and working on personal goals.

Photo Shoots: LLD has photo shoots annually. These photo shoots provide material for marketing and also for enriching experiences for members.

 

New Ladies who are interested in membership must: attend 2 Meetings, submit an application, and have an interview.​
